Read MoreA well structured course with incredibly varied content. It works your whole body not only in terms of flexibility, mobility, conditioning or coordination, but also in terms of prioproceptive and kinesthetic awareness. It helps develop a more mindful approach to one's body and movement practice. It's a wonderful movement journey which I will definitely be going on many more times. Thanks Stefan!

Read MoreOne of the best courses I've done in the last years. The course is structured very well and the way that Stefan is communicating the information is excellent. It is a very complex course and I've learned a lot of movements along the way. I just finished the last class and I can say that I feel way more in control of my body, my flexibility improved a lot and I learned many tasks that I will do from now on. Thank you for sharing your knowledge! I am looking forward for the next courses.

Read MoreI am half the way through the course. I did each class more than once as there was a lot to learn and practice each class and I will return to them again when I finish all the classes. The way I feel my body after these classes changed a lot. I think the quality of my movement improved substantially lately. The thing that I love the most is the task exploration part as it allows me to explore my body in a creative way and to get to the flow I always wanted to have while moving. Looking forward to learn more from Stefan!
